Your reviews are trying to tell you something.
Countertap's tap cards get more customers reviewing you on Google. Then it tells you, in plain English, what they keep complaining about, what they love, and what to do about it this week.

How it works
From your counter to your Google page in one tap.
Countertap is a physical card and a dashboard. The card does the asking so your staff never have to, and every customer gets the same link no matter how the visit went.
Your tap card
Sharp & Co. Barbershop
Sits on the counter or clips to a keyring. Tap it to a phone and the review box beside it opens by itself, already pointed at your listing.

How was your cut?
Step 1
Hand them a card
They tap their phone on it, or scan the QR on the back. No app, no typing, no login.
Step 2
Your Google page opens
Straight to the review box for your listing. The same link for every customer, happy or not.
Step 3
You get told what matters
The review lands in your dashboard, and the pattern behind it lands with it.
Replies
It writes the reply. You read it and send it.
Google weighs whether you answer your reviews, and a bad one left sitting there is the first thing your next customer reads. Countertap drafts a reply that names the actual thing they complained about, in a couple of seconds, and you keep the last word.
The review that came in
Nobody at the desk for ten minutes and the parking is a nightmare. The cut itself was fine but I would think twice about coming back on a Saturday.
The draft picks up both complaints, the empty desk and the parking, because a reply that answers only one of them reads like a form letter to everyone else scrolling past.
Suggested reply
Sofia, thank you for telling us. Ten minutes with nobody at the desk is not the visit we want anyone to have, and the parking has come up before. We have added a second person to the front on weekends, and there is free lot parking behind the building on Reed Street that most people miss. If you give us another try, ask for Marcus and he will get you straight in.
Insights
The pattern, not the pile.
Nobody has time to read four hundred reviews looking for a theme. Countertap reads them and hands you the three things people keep complaining about, the three things they keep praising, and what to actually do this week.
Under about fifteen reviews with real text, this stays switched off and says so. A confident summary of nine reviews is a guess with a chart on it.
What they complain about
- Saturday wait times14
- Parking is hard to find6
- Phone goes unanswered4
What they praise

Actions to take, in order
- 1Now
Put a second barber on Saturday mornings.
Wait times are the only complaint rising three months running, and every one of them is a Saturday before 1pm.
- 2Soon
Add the Reed Street lot to your Google listing.
Six people called the parking a nightmare. The free lot behind you is not mentioned anywhere they would look.
- 3Later
Give Marcus the Saturday close.
He is named in 21 five-star reviews. Nobody else is named more than four times.
Where we stand
Getting more reviews is easy if you are willing to cheat. We are not, so the whole product is built to get you them honestly.
Every customer gets the same link
Some tools quietly ask how your visit went and only send the happy ones to Google. That is review gating, it breaks Google policy, and it is not something we will build. Same card, same link, whatever they are about to say.
We say when we do not know
Under about fifteen reviews with real text in them, there is no pattern to find, so the analysis stays off and tells you why. A confident summary of nine reviews is a guess with a chart on it.
The tap-to-review number is a timing match
A tap and a review showing up minutes apart is a close match, not proof one caused the other. The dashboard says so where the number is, not in a footnote nobody reads.

FAQ
Questions worth answering up front.
Including the one about review gating, which is the one you should be asking every tool in this category.
Still stuck? Email usNo. Tapping the card or scanning the QR code opens their phone's browser straight to your Google review page. Nothing to install, nothing to log into.
No, it points customers straight at it. Countertap connects to the Google Business Profile you already have and makes it easier for happy customers to actually leave a review there.
No, and we never will. Every customer who taps a card gets the exact same review link, no matter how they feel. Sorting customers by how happy they are before asking for a review breaks Google's rules, and it's not something we build.
Under about 15 reviews a month, the AI summary isn't reliable yet, so we won't force a weak one on you. You'll see your tap counts instead and a nudge to keep handing out cards. That's the real fix.
Any local business that depends on Google reviews to bring in customers: barbershops, salons, gyms, auto shops, restaurants, med spas, dental practices, car washes, HVAC and plumbing, chiropractors, physical therapy, and more.
It's a close match in timing between a tap and a review showing up, not proof that one specific tap caused one specific review. We're upfront about that in the dashboard. We'd rather you trust the number than oversell it.
